Email is the fastest means of communication in writing but it is important that you should keep some basic points in mind while writing your email. The first thing that you should keep in mind is the subject line where you should give a brief hint about the matter to which your email is related. These are the lines which are initially read by the recipient so try to arouse his curiosity so that he will want to read the rest of the message.
Give a brief description about yourself and then come to the matter about which you are writing the email. The language of the message should be easy and comprehensible which should be interesting so that the recipient would like to continue reading the message. But ensure that the message does not become long as people do not have time to read long messages. Before sending the email proofread the whole text as any type of spelling or grammatical error will not only create a bad impression but it may also convey a wrong meaning or a wrong idea.
